•24-Hour Notice Required - If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee equal to 20% of your service will be charged to the card on file. •No-Show, Same-Day/Late Cancellations - If you no-show or cancel your appointment the same day without probable cause, a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. •Late Arrivals - If you arrive late, you are subject to an abbreviated service. In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. •Repeated Violations - Out of fairness to me and my clients, repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in being required to prepay for services or the inability to book future appointments. •I will NOT enforce my policy when it comes to sickness/illnesses, weather related issues, emergencies, or any other circumstances that are out of your control. Just let me know what’s going on so we can get things worked out and cancel/reschedule your appointment! **Keep in mind that a solo esthetician, last-minute cancellations and no-shows greatly impact my ability to serve others and maintain my business - if you don't show up, I don't get paid! I deeply value your time and commitment, and this policy ensures that I can continue to offer high-quality services to all of my wonderful clients!
